Call for Presentations

We are seeking dynamic presenters who can inspire, educate, and equip human services professionals to lead with creativity, courage, and impact. Presentations should offer practical insights, innovative practices, or transformative ideas that advance leadership effectiveness and organizational excellence.

We invite proposals for workshops, panels, and interactive sessions about the challenges and opportunities of modern leadership in human services.

• Building agile, adaptive, and inclusive organizations: Share ways to help organizations respond to changing needs and ensure people feel valued and included.

• Technology, Data & the Human Connection: Examine how technology and data can improve services while keeping people at the center.
• Leveraging AI, analytics, and digital tools in human services: Describe practical ways technology can support staff, inform decisions, or improve services.
• Balancing innovation with empathy and ethical practice: Explore how to adopt new tools while respecting people’s needs, privacy, and dignity.
• Technology-enabled service delivery and performance measurement: Share how digital services and useful measures can improve access, quality, or outcomes.

• Retention, empowerment, and well-being in a hybrid world: Share approaches that help employees feel supported and engaged across work settings.

Presentation Formats

• Workshop (60 minutes): Interactive sessions with tools, strategies, and case studies.
• Panel Discussion (60 minutes): Expert dialogue with audience interaction.
• Lightning Talk (15 minutes): Concise insights on emerging ideas or practices.

Submission Requirements

• Session title
• Presenter name(s), title, and organization
• Contact information: email, phone, and mailing address
• Session type: workshop, panel, or lightning talk
• Abstract of 150–250 words describing the session and key takeaways
• Three to four learning objectives
• Intended audience
• Presenter biography of 100–150 words and professional headshot for each presenter
• Audio/visual needs, if applicable

• Originality, innovation, and clarity
• Practical value for human services leadership
• Strong learning objectives and audience engagement
• Presenter credentials and experience

• Proposal deadline — December 15, 2025
